Unlike many supervised visitation agencies we are non-for-profit! This gives Mecklenburg Connect the ability to offer budget-friendly services and co-parenting support free of charge.
We offer co-parenting plans, visitation schedule(s), informational mobile app, court reports, activities, games, books, and toys for visits (upon request) and intake sessions to address concerns and court ordered requirements.

Our monitors are trained as Mecklenburg County mandatory reporters, monitors document each session meticulously, creating court reports that provide essential insights and documentation for ongoing legal matters if necessary.
We understand that schedules can be demanding, which is why
Mecklenburg Connect is available in-person and virtually seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST including holidays. This wide availability allows families to schedule visits at times that suit their needs, making the process as seamless as possible.
In addition to supervised visitation, Mecklenburg Connect assists with co-parenting scheduling. Coordinating parenting time can often lead to misunderstandings and disputes; however, our service streamlines this process, enabling both parents to stay informed and engaged.
Mecklenburg Connect supports a variety of budget friendly parenting time locations and activities, we offer games, books and toys (upon request) ensuring that visits are not only supervised but also enjoyable for children.
With direct invoicing services and financial assistance, financial transparency is maintained, alleviating one source of potential conflict between co-parents.
